Welcome to Tribal Weaver Handicraft and Handloom |
Wrap the mountains around you
From Himalayan wool to handcrafted treasures, discover the stories, beauty, and spirit behind every piece.
FROM LOOM TO LEGACY
From home to elsewhere. Following our first chapter, A Return Home in Ladakh, Edition II unfolds as a continuation, but beyond home — in a space of movement, migration, and everyday life. The collection reflects the continuity of Himalayan silhouettes beyond geography ; in rhythm, form, and sensibility. Crafted in natural fabrics and tones that are both bright and earthy, these pieces translate cultural memory into contemporary wear, celebrating how identity is lived by us, and by those beyond our community.
From the raw threads sourced across Himachal’s highland valleys to the final weave that leaves the loom, every piece carries the landscape it came from. Our handlooms produce shawls, stoles, blankets, and fabrics rooted in Kullvi tradition, while our Tibetan handicraft collection celebrates the rich material culture of the broader Himalayan world.
We believe a handmade object is never just an object. It is a record of place, of patience, and of the hands that shaped it — offered to those who still believe craft is worth keeping alive.

FROM LOOM TO LEGACY
Tribal Weaver Handloom and Handicraft is a craft heritage enterprise rooted in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, since 1999. We work alongside master weavers and artisan families who have carried their traditions across generations — through mountain winters, the slow rhythm of the loom, and the careful hands of the craftsman.
